Imani Gaudin was born and raised in New Orleans, LA, and is currently a senior BFA dance major at SUNY Purchase college. Along with completing her pre-professional training at New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, she has also attended training programs including The Ailey School, Dance Theatre of Harlem, The Juilliard School, and Amsterdam Academy of Theatre and Dance. She has performed works by Amos Ben-Tal, Rena Butler, Roderick George, Nicole Beutler, and Ohad Naharin among many others. As the director of her start-up non-profit Gaudanse, Imani’s ambition is to create a collaborative space for all artist alike while exploring what it means to delve deep into how movement languages brings forth new ideas and translates to what we call dance.

Andy Guzmán is a Dominican artist based in New York City who discovered his love for dance after moving to the U.S at the age of 10. Andy is an incoming sophomore at the Conservatory of Dance at Purchase College pursuing his BFA degree. Andy has recently graduated from the Professional Performing Arts School/ The Ailey School, under the direction of Guillermo Asca. While attenting the Ailey School, he also studied at the French Academie Ballet and MOVE(NYC)’s Young Professionals Program under the direction of Nigel Campbell and Chanel DaSilva. Andy has performed works by Roderick George, Caleb Dowden, Earl Mosley, Antonio Brown and Maleek Washington.

Jai Pérez is a New York based artist who started his dance journey at the National Dance Institute where he cultivated a love for dance. He continued his training at Dance Theater of Harlem and then onto the Alvin Ailey Junior Division. Jai is an incoming junior in the Conservatory of Dance at Purchase College where he will receive his BFA in dance. Jai has performed works by Ronald K. Brown, Earl Mosley and Doug Varone.
